60's Blue and White Dress hippie nightgown I've done my best toGreat collar with details to this vintage 60's blue and white cotton dress. Lacey contrasting fabric on bottom within the skirt. Ruffled sleeves with white contrast cuff. Zipper closure to the back. This dress has no lining or internal tags and was more than likely handmade. Perfect summer dress!
