CHAPOUTIER - Domaine DE BILA-HAUT Cotes du Roussillon Villages "V.I.T" 2019 2018 Tasting Notes:Wine Region: Languedoc Roussillon France Grape: Grenache, Syrah Tasting notes: The colour is garnet red, very steady, deep and brilliant with purple lights. The nose is open, expressive and complex with aromas of very ripe black fruits (elderberry, blackberry), some spicy scents (pepper, Garrigue). Great attack on the palate, tight but silky tannins. One notices a dominance of spicy scents, a lot of richness, a good length and a very ethereal final.
