Description

Historical Significance: The 12 cm Granatwerfer 42 entered service in 1942 and was used extensively by German infantry regiments on all fronts

Perfect for collectors

who relied on them to carry K98 ammunition during airborne operations in campaigns like Crete (1941)

which allowed it to focus its explosive force into a concentrated jet capable of punching through up to 75mm of armor—impressive for a handheld weapon of its time

the kit retains several of its original contents
