Capitaine AMF / All My Friends Type_Belgian Tripel rose water

rose water

A rich beer with a deep black color and pronounced bourbon flavors with notes of caramel and brown sugar

but we thought “pleased” would be a fun smaller version name for it because it’s kind of like joy

-Brewmaster's Collective Exclusive- Ferus Spontaneous is a blend of one

and subtle caramel from its grain bill

Capitaine AMF / All My Friends Type_Belgian Tripel rose waterWe didn't have to do much persuading to convince our new friends in Prince Edward County to brew this double NEIPA with us. We hopped this beer with equal parts Citra and Eggers Special, an extra strong Riwaka. And of course, a generous amount of local honey.
