2ND GRADE - Easy Listening LP avant-garde have built their sound onLimited edition blue colour vinyl. Highly recommended. Alternating between subtly crafted, occasionally anthemic power pop ("Teenage Overpopulation" ranks among 2022s very best power pop tunes) and sloppy, goofy slacker rock ("Which Itch Are You Scratching Today"), 2nd Grades third album is anything but easy listening and yet the pleasure derived from it is real but unpredictable, which makes it all the more enjoyable.
