Han Vase in Stardust Blue, 12.5"h (Ben Owen III) Functional Ware Measuring 5”w x 8This form is influenced by pottery made during the Chinese Han dynasty. The cobalt and iron glaze is a blend of special materials that will react with one another during the cooling processes of the kiln firing to form matte micro crystals. A one of a kind piece. No two pieces develop the micro crystal pattern in the same way. Perfect vase for a display of fresh or dried flowers. Exceptional as a stand alone piece, as well. Measuring 7w x 12. 5"h.
