HUSBANDS - Full-On Monet LP space rock LOVELOCK - stepping out ofHitting thats sweet spot between Yumi Zouma and Hot Chip, its a breezy listen with some genuine fun moments. Densely layered. Lush pop melodies. Surf rock harmonies. Distorted synth hooks and psychedelic flourishes. All of it coming together to create something that's free spirited, brainy, fun and simultaneously jarring, synthetic, and off kilter. Great summer driving album.
