Dopff Au Moulin Cremant D' Alsace Cuvée Bartholomé Vintage:2016 2019 will remain a benchmarkBrilliant straw yellow robe. Patience requiring wine with a complex start with toasty and grilled notes together with preserve and hazelnut flavors. Perfect chemistry between the structure of Pinot Noir and the gentleness of Chardonnay. It is a full bodied wine with a delicate and savory bubble. This Crmant is lively and pulpy with tasty buttery and toasty notes together with freshness and salinity.
