Egg Vase #3 in Chinese Blue, 5.75"h (Ben Owen III) Copper Penny Glaze Ben III’s Patina Green glazeA classic egg shaped vase that has been made for three generations of Bens family with a unique finish of Chinese Blue. This form is heavily influenced by the Mei Peng style of vases that were made early in Chinese clay culture. This Chinese Blue copper glaze is a blend of materials that will react to the smoke and flame from the firing process. A one of a kind piece! No two pieces develop the color pattern in the same way. Measuring 3. 75w x 5. 75h.
