Planted at 480 meters on marl limestone soils, the vineyard spans 1. 68 hectares and is cultivated exclusively with Nebbiolo (Lancia and Michet clones) using the Guyot system, at 5,300 plants per hectare. Vinification is traditional, with 16 days of maceration at 28C, regular pumping over and punching
