experimental electronic influences and some unusual vocalisations

On the cusp of the film’s 45t h anniversary it is pertinent to observe that for decades the film’s original soundtrack has also been considered lost

we're sure that "Fighting Without Honor"'s title is an intentional callsign to the most memorable piece from the Kill Bill v1 soundtrack)

Utopia Defeated sounds like a clever clogs songwriter such as Nik Kershaw performing at some kind of tropical party

They released two massively powerful and beautiful albums on Sub Pop only then to basically implode into tragic obscurity

MUFFS - No Holiday 2LP swamp experimental electronic influences and someDouble album housed in gatefold sleeve. Highly recommended. I once got to see The Muffs, in London 1995. It was rather special. Ringo (the other one) and I arrived in London a week ahead of The Meanies starting a European tour. I remember talking my way backstage I may have dropped Bruce Milne's name and used his friendship with Kim Shattuck chatting with her after the show as we set on a set of steps, our knees rubbing as it was such a tight space.
