es Milky Way is a CV-controllable stereo effect-module

Vertex contains four analogue VCAs configured in such a way as to give you voltage control of the amplitude of a stereo signal (or make a mono signal stereo) as well as having control of the balance or panning of the signal

know that tubes can push the sound to extremes or turn it deep

You can break that connection and detach the VCA from the filter by connecting a patch cable to the VCA output

To round up the module

Cosmotronic Messor polysynth es Milky Way is aMessor is an analog stereo compressor with lots of tricks up its sleeve, in only 8HP. From squashing drums, sidechaining kicks and sculpting transients, to glueing a mix together, it's a very versatile dynamics manager. At its core it's a VCA based feed forward compressor with a low noise signal path. The magic is in the internal sidechain that shapes the gain reduction envelope. This starts with a a switchable high pass low pass filter, before going
