The French Inhales
The band for this record was Bill Tutton (contra-bass)
occupying the space between where two worlds converge
exuding influences from the post-punk and Madchester eras through the band's timeless brand of shoegaze and psychedelia
and with liner notes from Ugly Things Magazine guru Mike Stax
DOUBLE, THE - Dawn Of The Double LP twisted The French InhalesHighly recommended. The Double features Jim White (Dirty Three, Venom P. Stinger) who provides a modified Bo Diddley beat while Emmett Kelly (Ty Segall and the Muggers) offers a droning, solitary E chord that ascends descends, recalling V. U's "Sister Ray", Faust "It's A Rainy Day, Sunshine Girl" and feedtime's "Fastbuck".
