FRIED EGG strike hot with their debut album
sounds during that bottomlessly special post-punk moment where the spirit of ‘anything goes’ met the ability to make everything sound good
wrapped-in-reverb trip of vintage transcendence and forward thrust

NOCTURNAL PROJECTIONS - Inmates In Images LP r&b FRIED EGG strike hot withIncludes d l code. Highly recommended. Brilliant but short lived New Zealand legends Nocturnal Projections barely released an album in their lifetime (their studio recordings have been collected elsewhere as 'Complete Studio Recordings') so it's nice to see a release of these live recordings. Direct from the board, they showcase the talents of a band who, had they continued, could well have been put alongside Joy Division and Wire as post punk greats.
