Bolivar Regentes Saint Luis Rey this perfectly rolled vitola exudesDescription Brand Story Simon Bolivar remains one of the great figures of the 19th century. He went down in history as the Libertador (liberator), the man who freed many American countries from Spanish domination. The Bolivar brand was created in 1902. Today, it is based at the Partagas factory in the heart of Havana. It's hardly surprising that, like the historic figure whose name they have adopted, these Habanos have a very strong personality.
