Why injection instead of ingestion

Key findings: Ipamorelin produced dose-dependent GH release comparable to GHRP-6 Unlike GHRP-6, ipamorelin did not stimulate ACTH or cortisol release, even at doses up to 200 times higher than the effective GH-releasing dose Ipamorelin did not significantly increase prolactin levels The GH response was specific and consistent, supporting its classification as the most selective GHRP identified at the time This study established the foundation for all subsequent ipamorelin research and remains one of the most frequently cited papers in the field
Studies show that while GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 administration resulted in increased plasma levels of ACTH and cortisol, ipamorelin did not release ACTH or cortisol at levels significantly different from those observed following growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) stimulation
Therefore, our further efforts will involve streamlining the model in order to reduce the duration required for both training and testing
