Introduction: Introduction: AOD-9604 is a synthetic peptide fragment of human growth hormone (hGH 177191) engineered to replicate hGHs fat-metabolism effects without altering IGF-1 or glucose levels. In preclinical research, it promoted lipolysis (fat breakdown) and reduced lipogenesis (fat storage) through receptor-independent mechanisms. AOD-9604 Fast Facts Class: Synthetic hGH fragment analog (Tyr-hGH 177191) Intended purpose: Stimulate fat metabolism while avoiding hGHs growth or glucose effects Mechanism: Increases fat oxidation, enhances lipolysis, suppresses lipogenesis Distinct from hGH: Does not activate the growth hormone receptor or raise IGF-1 Development stage: Completed Phase II trials
Designed for all skin types and non-comedogenic, it layers cleanly under SPF and over serums
[9] At pH values between about 2.5 and 4.1, [9] the carboxylic acid closer to the amine generally loses a proton, and the acid becomes the neutral zwitterion OOCCH(NH + 3 )(CH 2 ) 2 COOH
