Mongolfiera lamp by Gianni Celada for Fontana Arte - 1968 set of 6 chairsThe Mongolfiera table lamp, designed by Gianni Celada for Fontana Arte in the late 1960s, is an iconic example of Italian Space Age lighting. Its layered opaline glass diffusers are mounted on a chromed metal frame, evoking the form of a hot air balloon and creating a soft, evenly diffused light. The lamp is in very good condition with natural patina consistent with age. Dimensions: Height: approx. 81 cm (32 in) Diameter: approx. 4950 cm (1920 in)
