Ronchedone Cá dei Frati Title English translation::Default Title Seitenspeck Bauch+ KreeThe Ronchedone from Ca' dei Frati is a characterful cuve of Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Cabernet, originating from the first moraine hills south of Lake Garda. The combination of calcareous, clayey, and sandy soils gives the wine remarkable depth. After careful hand harvesting, fermentation with extended maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by 14 months of aging in barriques and an additional bottle aging to round off the aromas.
