Pyrene Banyuls Cave de l'Abbé Rous Good ripe citrus fruits onIt is a Vin Doux Naturel or a sweet wine with a higher alcohol content than "normal" wine, namely 16. 5%. Full, ripe Grenache grapes that are harvested in October and ripened partly in cellars and partly outside in full sun. The weather elements make the wine so special.
