You can copy the second ability when non-tokens enter the battlefield, but you cant copy the first ability which chooses the type of counter Denry Klin has when it enters

This set has a lot of Goblins, so the Bandit Leaders lord effect alone would make it a pretty playable card

Where its at its best is on turn one helping you cast a ton of mana rocks, your Tymna, or a Rhystic Study, or slightly later, maybe on turn three, where it helps you double or triple spell some of your most impactful (but more expensive) cards

Each level will offer a new ability or an instant return, such as grabbing a card from a graveyard

And it eliminates giving your opponents control over if/when certain things die, which is excellent
