9 Neo-Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon While regular Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon isn't nearly as good as it was when it was first released, thanks to the Darkside Of Dimensions movie and Seto Kaiba, we now have an upgraded version in the form of Neo-Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon

Others can boost your attacks

Rivers first ability is Meet in Reverse, which lets you draw cards from the bottom of your library instead of the top - which is funny, if nothing else

Finally, though its effect weakens a monster's ATK and revives a "Borrel" monster you cannot attack directly or special summon for the rest of the turn and the revived "Borrel" is banished at the end of the turn making the effect best suited for a game winning move
