What kind of legacy does it have

Necrologia A little blast from the past coming from the Exodus set originally, Necrologia has a special qualification for an instant

However, if you cast it with at least one target and all of those targets become illegal, the spell wont resolve and you wont draw a card

Essentially allowing your lands to tap for two mana the turn they come into play or letting your tapped lands like triomes make mana the turn they come into play gives you an incredible mana advantage

For example, if you've spent three mana on spells so far this turn and you control a permanent with an ability that triggers "whenever you expend 4," that ability will trigger the next time you spend at least one mana to cast a spell this turn
