While a singular Bloom Tender or Jegantha in a minorly upgraded deck likely wont be too strong, slotting several of these of effects on top of improving the landbase and ramp and being able to generate 15-20 mana from fixers per turn is probably also too fast for our own servers BC environment
Card Set(s) -CARRYING ON HIS WILL- [OP-13] CARD VIEW OP09-118 | SP CARD | CHARACTER Gol.D.Roger Attribute Slash Block icon 3 Type King of the Pirates/Roger Pirates Effect [Rush] (This card can attack on the turn in which it is played.) When your opponent activates [Blocker], if either you or your opponent has 0 Life cards, you win the game
Its well built and worth more than its cost (if you can find it for its original price)
As a result, copies of the card are phenomenally expensive, even despite new copies being found fairly recently
