furfrou pokemon card - (87) [Fighting]2 Furfrou (Mega Rising #207/331, 2-Diamonds)

This sort of confuses me a bit as I think didnt that card see a huge price drop recently? Lo and behold, I open my promo pack and what pops out

9 Incineroar Ex - $0.61 Temporal Forces #34 This Incineroar Ex from the Temporal Forces set comes with Hustle Play, which reduces your attack cost, and Blaze Blast, which deals a burn to your opponent

While its primary attack, Drill Peck, is quite weak, dealing damage of only 20, it can prove to be the little difference between winning and losing during the final rounds of the game
