Description

This points out how important it is to inspect the back of the card

dragonair pokemon cards and Dratini Custom Handpainted Collectible Gift Pokmon Card scuffs or border/edge wear Dragonair Crown Rare Ruler

The border has a silver finish, and the detailing on the foil looks somewhat crystalline

#5 All good suggestions

Document everything with clear photos: the certification number, any signs of tampering on the case like cracks or a cloudy "frosting" effect, and any discrepancies between the card you received and the listing

Notably, this was graded at EX 5 by PSA, so higher-priced Pikachu's are certainly possible Although not legal in tournament play, the card came with a handy glass frame to display the artifact to visitors
