I would give this card a 4 out of 5 rating because both of its moves are quite good, like I was saying earlier 40 damage for two energy cards is great and with the ability to add hp using Espeon and remove damage with Spiral Drain, Leafeon will seem to have more hp than it states on its card
In addition, if this card is sent to the Graveyard from the hand/field as a Link Material of a "Code Talker" monster, you can add 1 "Cynet" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand
The Pitaka MagEZ Card Sleeve sells for $28.99

These are at their best in midrange and control decks that dont mind taking the first turn or two off to develop their mana
