The action

This card has a low mana value, forces each player to make a tough choice, and simply outclasses most of its brethren save for maybe Plaguecrafter

She pulls off the loop just like Beetleback Chief and others, but instead of producing infinite mana or infinite token creatures, she's 3-cmc which is about as mana-light as you can get for the loop, if that's important to you

The cost to Dimensional Storm is discarding three Energy, which means that players may not use Dimensional Storm more than once or twice per game
