The base 2/2 isnt great, but at 2 mana to re-equip, its pretty easy to give it to something better
As for the back side, it could be argued that it is easier to transform back into Ojer Pakpatiq, but you do have a mandatory wait of three mana activations to do so without outside help
It reminds me a lot of fellow Core Set 2-mana 2/2 Shaman called Fauna Shaman with a one-mana activation cost
