Werewolf Pack Leader Once upon a time, a two-mana 3/3 with additional powerful abilities would have been unthinkable

If it's not for you well, there's plenty more of interest on the MTG release schedule.

Aside from being a human, which is a very relevant creature type in Commander, Modern and basically every other MTG format, Esper Sentinel is good because it reads: Whenever an opponent casts their first noncreature spell each turn, draw a card unless that player pays X, where X is Esper Sentinels power. Its a bit like Rhystic Study, but the cost can be far higher if youve got things that make humans stronger or you can put +1/+1 counters onto Esper Sentinel

Phyrexian Arena is one of those, and youll play it whenever your game plan is to get ahead on resources, like to get an edge in midrange mirrors or to beat control decks

The bright greens and yellows give it a very sunny appearance that makes you want to sing the lyrics as you place the card down on your board
