My first photo is a bit deceptive--the drawing is mounted on black cardstock

as it feels so  intimate and immediate to hold in ones hands

so they carry nostalgia for a pre-Home Depot era too

I find this naive eagle watercolor in shades of peach especially winning, with arrows tipped in what look like hearts held in one talon, and what looks like a tulip on stem in the other. 19th century, probably Pennsylvania.
