This 12 year old whisky rested in Pedro Ximenez hogshead since 2021 before bottling in June 2025 at 54. 7% abv. With this Highland dram theres great notes of treacle tart, sticky toffee pudding, black cherries and orange essence on the palate. Whats not to like!
