alla-prima approach

A chance to own one of my most unique landscapes

A great showcase of what direct watercolor painting can achieve

Pumpkin Slices (5.5"x7.5) Size - 7" x 11" An experiment in detailed realismA black and white macro study of a lovely pumpkin. Instead of merely portraying the large shapes, I wanted to truely capture the nuances and details of the pumpkin surface and volume.
