Riv-Nail R2D - Durgard for 2 Rivet/Plate Turner "sku":"32T5/490R-D&D"Riv Nail R2D is a rivet hinged belt fastener for medium to heavy duty belts. Top and bottom plates sandwich each belt end and are secured by a staggered pattern of self setting Riv Nails (semi tubular rivets paired with pilot nails). The compression design does not rely entirely on belt fabric for pull out resistance, making Riv Nail the preferred mechanical splice on worn belts and high strength synthetic carcasses.
