Made by a proud Mason who was also a metalworker / machinist
One repaired horizontal split to the headboard
but as a whole also creating quite a comprehensive portrait of how art was taught in grade school in the earlyish 20th century
it folds and flips over into chair and desk
The colors on this folky painting are rather electric
Proud Young Man with Wonderful Heart Decorated Folk Art Twig Table, Early 1900s RPPC fight Made by a proud MasonI love this young man, standing tall in his suit, and I sure love this painted "Adirondack" twig table with its big striped heart, as good as they come I'd say, right down to the waves painted around the flat of the table. Upon which his hat perfectly sits. Excellent in every way I think, early 1900s, unused postcard back. 5 3 8" x 3 7 16", very good condition.
