Item Does power on as seen in pictures, Screen has a slight crack in the glass , it may be effecting the touch capabilities to the screen , tried pressing button on screen to navigate , it went nowhere to skip the main setup screen. Screen also flickers. Has some damage to the back plastic housing near the charge ports. Doesn't effect the ports. No further testing at all was performed to this item. AS IS, For parts only.
