A year or so ago I had another large mounted photograph of same young woman I believe dressed as Joan of Arc--and now this one

This one I think has gotten a lot of play and is pretty well worn

These do have quite a sexy sort of fecundity about them

I've had one other brilliantly colorful papered sewing box akin to this one

A little research has lead me to understand that these are "Breverl" miniature devotional talisman of sorts, which, made by nuns to be worn around the neck to protect the owner,
