This coffee features a blend of Ethiopia Guji (Natural Process) and Rwanda Sholi Co op (Washed Process). This is a post roast blend, where we roast each coffee separately then blend them together after. Chasing Daylight has notes of Raspberry, Honey, Graham Crackers, and Rose Hips. This vibrant blend is great for those sunny Spring mornings!
