Champagne Lassalle Preference Brut Half Bottle NV (375ml) vanilla fudgeFocused and charming, this blend led by Pinot Meunier and balanced with equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, is aged four years on the lees. Fresh apple blossom, anise, juicy white cherry and pickled ginger notes unfold over a vibrant, mineral driven frame. The fine mousse and brisk acidity carry through a chalky, clean finish. A buoyant, aromatic Champagne with immediate appeal and beautiful lift.
