Cercis chinensis 'Avondale' Yellow later followed by smallIn the midst of spring this delicate tree puts on a show to remember. Deep pink, pea like, flowers unfold on bare branches in March to April lighting up even the most overcast day. Rich green, heart shaped leaves soon follow, turning buttery yellow as autumn draws near. Do not feed with artificial plant food after planting, as this can damage roots. Hardy.
