To make B & E, St. George distillers Lance Winters and Dave Smith went deep into the rickhouses of Kentuckys most venerable bourbon distilleries and brought several hundred barrels back to blend at our distillery in Alameda. The result? A criminally delicious bourbon with a storied Kentucky pedigree that wouldve been impossible for any one distillery to produce on its own.
