For sale here is a 3 3/8" Winston Perfect in mint condition
Hook range is specified for you to enjoy the True Rotary feature this vise offers
The rod features a rich dark-toned cane finish with chestnut wraps
The reason I suspect a refinish is that the main wraps are yellow and fairly blotchy and the oxidized finish on the ferrules is also a tad blotchy too (remember the Payne shop was just a few miles down the road from the Leonard shop in those days and Leonard would have had access to their oxidation formula)
Comes with its original fine zippered reel case
