Carex Riparia Greater Pond Sedge Starfish Easy Access For MaintenanceCarex Riparia Greater Pond Sedge Carex Riparia, also known as the Greater Pond Sedge, is a coarse grass with broad leaves and brown spikelets. It is larger than the other sedges which makes it popular with landscapers for architectural, native plating schemes. Little maintenance is required. Trim just above the water surface after foliage has died back in Autumn to tidy. Marginal plants are great for ponds, and will add colour, interest and wildlife
