Roasted to a deep
roasted by Rossette as a medium roast to bring out both complexity and balance
creating a comforting and well-rounded flavour
Ratnagiri Mossto Inoculated Sequential Washed Medium (SCA 85+) Grind Size:Turkish crunchy cocoa nibsOur favourite of the two a balanced, syrupy singleorigin that shines across brew methods. Roasted to a medium profile to unlock extra body and sweetness, this coffee performs brilliantly as espresso and in cold brew, and pairs beautifully with milk. Expect bright stonefruit clarity and confectionery sweetness: apricot and peach candy lead, orange blossom lifts the aromatics, while honey and milk chocolate round the cup with creamy, satisfying finish.
