This rice vodka hails from the southernmost tropical island of Okinawa, and is meticulously crafted from a traditional Japanese Awamori spirit indigenous and unique to the island. Made from a harvest of long grain indica rice which is inoculated with black kji, fermented and then distilled into the Awamori spirit. This spirit is then redistilled into a
